The year so far has been wonderful for me as I've visited many places that I wouldn't have gone if I wasn't a U2 fan or a guitarist for that matter. In April I visited your beautiful hometown of Dublin and I stood outside your legendary Hanover Quay Studios small-talking together with some like minded fans. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet any of you that time, but I'm sure I will some day. I left Dublin a couple of days later inspired, happier and more at ease with myself than I've been in my life with a Music Rising shirt in the luggage I was taking home. Funny enough mine is a size larger than it should actually be so it looks kind of odd on me. Then just a month ago I visited Rudy's Music Stop, another place which I wouldn't have gone without you. You still inspire me, and surely many others as well, to struggle with my music, to perfect my art and try to find a way to come up with something unique. Happy Birthday Edge!
